Adjusting Configuration Screen size

When I bring up the Setting; Program Configuration screen, I can not adjust the size. How can I increase the size to full screen or at least be able to vary it. I'm missing something simple.

The adjustment to that window panel is on our Mantis list. You are not alone in wanting to be able to resize that panel.
