Cluster error ?? User error ?? HELP!!!!

Hi Guys,
Finally got everything up and running how I want it. Win4icomsuite/Log4om/wsjt/jtalert all running nicely with com0com and omnirig.
Now, when I connect to the cluster via log4om v2.10.0.0 I get the information in the Alert button. No mater how many times I clear this, the alert comes back on within seconds, albeit with different callsigns, but always the same OE5ENL, im assuming is the spotter.
Hope someone can help, starting to get annoying. No doubt this is a User error.
I have attached a jpg to show what I am constantly getting.
Since writing this I have updated to 2.11 and its still happening.

I enlarged your very small image and it appears that you have left enabled one of the Alerts you have configured. You must have an Alert named OE5ENL and it is currently enabled.

Go to Settings / Alert Configuration ... then select the alert you have named as OE5ENL and toggle it to "off".

That should resolve your issue.

Hi Folks and thanks for the help. Yep another User error. I had setup an alert for that callsign and had actually forgot about doing it... All sorted now. Much appreciated. de MI0JLC
