Send Confirmation to Clublog

I upload my QSOs to Club Log. I also use the OQRS PayPal function to get some DXCCs.
After I receive a QSL card Clublog OQRS says "When you receive your cards, upload a new ADIF to Club Log to complete the request and change it to a green tick."
I can not figure out how to do this. I have searched the Log4omv2 forum, watched 3 videos and looked at the user guide - no joy!
Currently I have no confirmations on Log4Omv2. All confirming is done on LOTW, QRZ and EQSL. I have tried to change a receive to YES and then upload it to Clublog - like I said - no joy!
Help - Thanks,
Charlie

You need to mark the relevant QSO'S as Clublog confirmation received status as Y (Yes)
Once you have updated the QSO'S you then need to bulk upload to Clublog which will replace the records at Clublog

Terry,
see attachment clublog1- that was what I had before clicking save on the disk except Received said no. After clicking save the No changed to Yes like you see in the attachment.
I then selected the QSO and clicked on "Upload selected QSO" and the upload to clublog showed the qso was accepted and I assumed updated at clublog.
Except clublog was NOT updated. If it was then call 5H3EE should have the green tick. See attachment clublog2.
Am I in the wrong place to do the confirmation update?

Special activities/clublog upload, which flushes Clublog and reloads all of your QSO's
This is required because the QSO is already on Clublog so doing a single upload is seen to be a duplicate at clublog so is not merged.

Thanks Terry,
That got it done
Although that is how it works I think it is strange that a change to one record results in nearly 15,000 QSO re-load!

Thats because Clublog do not provide a 'Merge' facility, only an upload
Ergo
If a record already exists at Clublog a matching incoming record is perceived to be a duplicate and not accepted
Solution
Full upload with flush of the existing data held at Clublog

Hi Terry,
Please take this in the spirit it is given
Is it terminology..??
You
can't "
Update" existing records , but you
can "
Merge" New records
There is a "
Merge" upload option on Clublog

Yes it is but you get the message.......
You can append (ADD) new records to an existing database
You cannot update (CHANGE, AMMEND, ALTER, REVISE) existing records by doing an upload of the same record that contains new data

O.K...
I guess they have reasons for not wanting to do field level updates

Sorry to contradict yuu, but, YES, you can upload just one QSO, and have its status changed.
If it is already in the Clublog log, but is now changed as confirmed.
Check with a contact (or even country) that shows as W (worked). Change your log to confirmed and re-upload that QSO. Then the country will show as C (confirmed).
No need to re-upload all you log...
