VFO SWAP ( A <> B or M <> S) , SPLIT MODE BUTTONS

It will be great to have the ability to activate split mode.
Also, VFO SWAP, and to change the frequency of the VFO B (also called SUB)
These commands are readily supported in OMNIRIG.
