This may sound obvious,But want to make sure,If I save a QSO when the program is opened,Then if for some reason my computer crashes and I don't get a change to close the program therefore I don't get the backup.Wll I lose the new QSO?

You should not lose the last QSO logged because the QSO is immediately saved to the SQLite database file

BUT

Depends if the crash also corrupts your disk drive or sectors thereof, then of course its in the lap of the gods
