I've been a user for more than a year and I'm pretty familiar with the 2.11 software. I'm located in the USA and whenever I enter a USA callsign the location shown on the Main map is the same for everyone along with the SP and LP numbers. I've read the manual and checked the forums but haven't found anyone else with the same issue. Calls outside the USA work properly. Any ideas?

It appears that you have selected QRZ.com as your primary Info Provider. That being the case you must have a subscription membership with QRZ to be able to get the more detailed information that won't then center all USA calls to the middle of the USA.
If you don't have or want to obtain at least an xml access membership with QRZ you can try HAMQTH as your primary Info Provider. There is not any charge for that site's information, but it may not be as complete as QRZ.
