Hi, when entering a call in the log, the user name is not showing ? it has done for years now nothing. I tried several callsigns but the operator name not showing,can you help please.

If your using QRZ for lookup check that your end date it correct on the QRZ site

Again please always state exactly what the Log4om version number is when posting, see help/about

End date is correct, just checked, using version on log40m, 2v.2.11.0.0

End date on qrz End Date: 2037-09-30

Have you tested the QRZ lookup in the log4om config by clicking the button to the right of the QRZ line and watch for the green check mark?

If the test fails (red cross) then try re-entering your password

Re enter password where ? red cross showing, saying incorrect password, where do i enter this ?

Page 53 of the user guide - to the right of your user name (CALL SIGN) where you put it originally

Done that, saved and applied, still not working

Do you get the green check mark now when you test?

When you enter a call do you see a locator in the input area and the other stations graphic if he has one to the right hand side and local map as below?

nothing just incorrect password, which it is not never changed anything this just started today,,
