eMail alert 1

Hello
email alert doesn't works for me
I see on the documentation :
1) email configuration :
- 2021-04-07_15h03_56.jpg (30.37 KiB) Viewed 3825 times
My configuration :
- 2021-04-07_15h06_13.jpg (56.72 KiB) Viewed 3825 times
I click on the TEST and that works fine I received an email
- CE_ 2021-04-07 à 15.07.50.jpg (22.55 KiB) Viewed 3825 times

Now on the documentation I see that :

But I don't have this option :

I have this option in the E-mail settings part :

I write my email Address as the G4POP example

3) Now I made an alert from 3D2AG FT8 ans selected the E-Mail notification
I close and launch again Log4OM
and I received an alert into Log4OM

But I don't received an email
I don't know why ?

Because you have not updated your user guide since the latest release which reflects the change of possition of that email setting field

Your email client may be behaving similar to gmail as detailed in the info box at the bottom of the email settings window.
Alternatively have you checked your junk folder?

But can you test your email alert system to send an email to

I already checked and I am receiving the email alerts fine so has to be something to do with your system
