I validated in my parameters to use the field "Reference 2" to put the RDA there. (Settings / User preferences)

Log4OM automatically updates the RDA field by looking at the "Comment" field, if this "comment" field contains an RDA reference (like KK-18), well Log4OM automatically puts this value in the RDA and that's works fine

But :

we cannot modify this reference 2 field (nor the other reference 1 or Association 1 or 2 fields)

and here is what happens if we made a mistake:

I entered on a QSO with "KK-08" in the "Comment" field and I validated, Log4OM detects this RDA well and puts the "Reference 2" field with this KK-08 value for me so it works very well
but then I realize that I made a mistake, it is not KK-08 but KK-18, so I edit this QSO and I modify the "comment" field to remove KK-08 and put KK-18 in it

In this case Log4OM also keeps KK-08 and therefore in the "reference 2" field
we now have the 2 values (KK-08 AND KK-18), so it's not a big deal, just edit the QSO and go to modify in the part "Award Refs." to remove KK-08. But a call for the same QSO cannot have 2 RDA references at the same time, it is not possible.

Log4OM should not allow this sort of thing

So in this specific case, Log4OM should not keep KK-08 but replace it with the last value entered ...

The correct editing process in the case of a mistake or finger trouble is to delete the reference in the comments field first so that Log4OM does not keep using it for an award update.

Then delete the incorrect award from the references box and add the correct reference followed by save and apply
