Are you sure it is not hidden behind the main window?

In previous versions it used to open behind the main window most of the time, but in this version it fails to open. I restarted the application, and I even restarted my laptop (Windows 7), but nothing helped. Does it work properly on your end?

Yes Marvin it does.
You did uninstall the old version first didn't you?
Could be a bad download or install try removing Log4om and deleting the download then download a fresh file and reinstall it

You must always uninstall Log4om before installing an updated release because windows sometimes cache a DLL and this can cause unpredictable results such as windows that don't open and similar issues

Terry, I will try to remember, but I'm sure a few updates down the road I will again do the same mistake...

Perhaps the installer should uninstall previous version before proceeding with the installation of a new version.

There is a pop up window that warns you about that

Never noticed it ... that's how much I pay attention to installation instructions (as little as the other guy

) ...
By the way, happy World Amateur Radio Day to all.
