I was using Log4om v1 until my computer crashed. Reloaded Windows 10, and now upgrading the Log4om v2. Got it to upload qso's to eQSL and LoTW, but can't get it to download. See attachment for error message. Thanks.

I have deleted the file that you attached because it contained your LOTW user name and password which you should never post on an open forum!

Your posting a Version 2 issue in the version 1 area?

Please raise a support request as detailed in the user guide under Emergencies and send it to either lele or me by Email - DO NOT POST THE FILE ON THE FORUM

Making lots of errors. Means I'm learning.
I reset the LoTW password.
Next, looking at the "Emergency" directions you mention.
