The "Push" is working, but the email alerts are not arriving.

I have a proper email address in the alert setup.

Please check if in COMMUNICATOR you have provided correct SMTP server and passwords.

you need to be sure about the values you are requested for (SMTP server, port user and password)

some provider (my one for example fastweb ) uses a particular SSL authentication which log4om does not like , but my gmail account works fine
