Log4OM

Hello,

when downloading confirmations from LOTW I am receiving these warning notifications. to explain the scenario, I worked the same call on 2 satellites a short time apart, once at 2:31 and then on a different satellite at 2:45. these are in my Log4OM log and showing in my lotw search for this call sign. but the warnings imply that a second duplicate set of those 2 contacts are present. I would like to remedy this if possible. Any input would be appreciated.

I have attached QSL manager results, lotw results and download log shown below.
