Fldigi Connection 1.17.1

After installing 1.17.1, Log4OM no longer polls the Fldigi log file to get new QSOs.
We have not polled the FLDigi file for some time, we now use the RPC/XML connection.
This also provides frequency and mode interchange which removes the need to have FLDigi connected via CAT to the rig
