Windows with QSL card

This window does not work. Information does not appear according to the material. How do I configure this?

Well first thing is that you have to have a callsign entered in the Main UI to have any data (if available) show up in that panel.
Also if you are using QRZ.com for your Info Provider you have to have a "paid for" subscription to get that image from QRZ.
