Log4OM

Can this be a local glitch in my PC? As of this morning Solar Data is not appearing top right.
The earlier fix of resetting it under SETTINGS/MAINTENANCE twice is not working.
The symbol in Callsign entry panel is not visible. I have switched off Log4OM V2 and switched on again
also switched off the PC switched on and reloaded Log4OM no Joy. Is there a reset?

What Log4OM version - see help about

Could be that the information is not available for Log4OM to download from NOAA, sometimes servers do go down!

Thanks Terry, version is V2, however a third total switch off/on and it has returned.

Saying version 2 does not help we have released about 20 updates of V2 in the last 20 months and each has a unique reference which is displayed in the top left corner of the interface and in help/About

The reason we ask for the version number every time you post is because often there was an issue causing the problem you post about which has been fixed in a later version.
