what does it mean that
a QSO could have 0QSL-LOTW-EQLS received status to REQUESTED ?
a QSO could have LOTW-EQLS sent status to to REQUESTED ? (

it is clear to for the QSL Sent status (as intermediate step for printing and make it as sent)

In the case of sent

R requested
the contacted station has requested a QSL card
Or
the contacted station has requested the QSO be uploaded to the online service

In the case of received

R requested
the logging station has requested a QSL card
Or
the logging station has requested the QSO be uploaded to the online service


It's the users decision how the QSL status is used, in the main I don't believe many Hams use requested

I double check the manual too and now is clear how to use and when the QSL statuses
log4om give us really lot of flexibility !
