Interpret Propagation chart

Is there document from log4OM to interpret the propagation chart displayed? see the attachment.
What is the difference between SNR and SNRXX ? For a better chance, which one need to be above the blue area? Or the blue area needs to be between these two lines. What is "Req SNR:" in brackets?
