I just received a new QSL card for a new DX entity / band combination to go toward my DXCC Challenge award. I used the QSL Manager to mark the QSOs confirmed via receiving the card.

When I check in the DXCC CHALLENGE status dialog, the entry for 40m is marked with a V. I believe it should be a C for confirmed should it not? After submitting the card to the ARRL it will go to GRA for Granted.

Same in the DXCC for 40m report; showing V instead of C. Similar records for other countries seem OK.

I checked in my LoTW DXCC online and I have nothing granted or verified in those ARRL records.

What am I’m missing?

See the attached. The contacts were with ZS6CCY on 40m.

Additional info:

I went to edit the QSO, Award Refs. tab. The Ref. Status for DXCC@462 shows VALIDATED. I use the drop down to change to CONFIRMED and press the Floppy Icon and the dialog green check button to save everything.

I reopen the QSO editor and the Ref. Status remains as VALIDATED.
