Just happened again on 12M, Worked WV8DX in WV. Prior to LOTW verifying the contact it was correctly entered as WV. Several hours later LOTW verified the contact and it changed to VA.

This is resolved in next release, meanwhile.......
To fix this parsing issue you simply need to "swap" position of VIRGINIA and WEST VIRGINA in the states.csv file inside the configuration folder, so WEST VIRGINIA is searched before and will match all WEST VIRGINIA qso while VIRGINIA will catch the skipped ones.
