I was wondering when I upload or receive In Eqsl and LOTW I see the correct date 22-9-2021 but the time is still on 00:00:00

Is there a setting to fill it in automatic when receiving or sending? Or is this a option for in the future?

I use the latest V2.

The received date you refer to is the date that you downloaded from LOTW or EQSL and is nothing to do with the QSO

It's not neccessary to have the time of the down load any more than your would need to record the time the postman put a paper QSL card through your letter box

The zero time is only displayed because date and time are included in the same field.
