Unable to Log

I haven't been on the air in a bit, and just fired things up.
For some reason I am not able to log a contact.
I type in the call sign and hit enter, and the call/contact does not appear in my Recent QSO list.
I also tried hitting the "+" button on the right side of the Log4OM window, and still nothing.

I also tried re-installing Log4OM, but still nothing.

I think I am missing something simple... but I can't figure out what it is....

I'm running v2.17.0.0

thank you

Help/Open logfile and see what messages appear after an attempt to log

I tried again today, and it looks like I am now able to log a contact.
I don’t know what happened yesterday that prevented me from logging, but I’ll keep an eye on it and will be sure to let you know if it happens again.

Thx

This unable to log issue seems to have come up again.
Looking at the log viewer as I try to log a contact, shows an "unable to open database file"

any suggestions?

Where is the database file located, sounds like you have it somewhere that windows does not like

Log is located in my Documents folder... with the following path/filename:
c:\Users\<username>\Documents\Ham Radio\Log4OM-K1NAS-logfile.SQLite

Sounds like a permissions issue, try running log4om as an administrator

I tried this afternoon.
No change. Still unable to save a log entry.

Turn off firewalls and antivirus for a while and try again

I turned off my virus scan and firewall, and was able to log a test contact, as well as import an ADIF file and add a comment to a QSO. But when I tried to add a comment to another QSO (using "edit QSO"), I received this error: "QSO not saved. Check Band/Mode/Callsign/Date"

(I'm just having a little bad luck here)
