A new configuration file, V11.15, is released for the TQSL software.
Actual TQSL is 2.5.8

Paul,
Just update your TQSL APP. I'm currently using their TQSL 2.5.9 (beta) version and it will likely prompt you for an update once they get past the 'release candidate' testing state.
The configuration file is a separate element of that APP, but is always included.
