I have setup in version 2.13.0.0 and outbound UDP callsign message, and it works great.

But when I upgrade to either version 2.16.0.0 or 2.17.0.0 it no longer works.

I have checked the windows error log and nothing appears.

I got my (C#) for the listener from stackoverflow.com
Attached is a screenshot of my test code that works with version 2.13.0.0

Does anyone have any ideas on why it would stop working or what i need to do to fix it
I think it is an issue with the outbound udp server

I have now managed to find and independent UDP monitor that has now confirmed for me the UDP outbound is NOT working in versions after 2.13.00, at least when trying to send out a callsign.

My hope is the development team will take a look and see if it can be fixed
