DXCC Score!

Hey,
I converted my log from DXKeeper to LOG4OM
But the DXCC score is no longer correct.
The number of countries confirmed but the grandet are not correct how can I synchronize LOG4OM with LOTW so that the Grandet is also correct I assume this does not have to be done manually now I have 335 countries Grandet so I hope someone can help me with this otherwise this will be a long one job!
