Multilingual translation of user manuals

I like log4om very much.
However, it is not famous in Japan and there are few users.
So I would like to translate the user manual into Japanese.
The manual page says "If you want to help us translating Log4OM manuals PLEASE ASK BEFORE DOING IT!", Where should I contact?
First of all, I would like to translate only the "Quick Start Guide".
