How can I be sure QRZ and Log4OM are in sync?

Under various circumstances I have logged QSO's in Log4OM that didn't get uploaded to QRZ (generally they do, but sometimes I have to restart before they do again, or a connection to one of the other apps like wsjt gets wonked). Is there a way to discern which QSO's have not been uploaded? Is there any way to get a report of what QSO's haven't been uploaded yet? And, then perhaps do a special upload of just those QSO's? Thanks.
