How to set a backup

I have Log4OM on 3 computers
However on this shack computer, when I try to setup a backup (there are two options as I understand it - one is a default sqlite database which works) but I CANNOT choose a backup folder for the top non-default, or the bottom other - which I would like to use for ADIF export. I can choose a folder, but it doesn't populate in the entry field.
This is important because about twice a month, I start my remote computer via VNC viewer and find that Log4OM has to be totally re-established. All the program info, name,call etc. That is, find a previous database, then import over 80,000 adif contacts which takes most of the day.
