Log4OM

When I download LOTW confirmations the info is displayed in a separate window. I normally save this to a file. This morning I forgot to save the info. Is there a way to retrieve this info from within Log4OM? I went to the LOTW site and downloaded a ADIF from yesterday. It contained the confirmations going back a few weeks.
I just wanted the Log4OM formatted version of the info.

Don´t checked that out in the past but it could be possible that you find this information
in the Log4OM logfile. But this can be a big one.
