profile disappeared

when the pc restarts I no longer found my profile, and the screen like the software just installed appeared, asking me to enter my data and configure the whole profile !!! what happened? Fortunately, the database had not disappeared, I reconnected it and the QSOs fortunately saved. But I had to reconfigure everything, station, call, external services and so on. what could have happened? I would not like there to be any bugs in the latest version and I would not like to lose my QSOs and / or reconfigure every time it takes a long time
