JtAlert Pop Up Window Logging Error

Yesterday I upgraded to LOG4OM ver 2.20.0.0. I now receive a JTAlert Pop Up Window Error that it cannot confirm that the QSO was logged correctly on LOG4OM. The QSO was in fact logged correctly in LOG4OM. I did not have this problem before the upgrade, where I would receive a JTAlert Pop Up Window that the QSO was logged successfully. How can I rectify this issue?
