Hamlib - dual VFO with active instance

In the CAT Management -> Hamlib: using "Connect to active Hamlib instance" doesn't detect and support if the running rigctld istance is using the dual vfo option, so only the main VFO is get/set.

This problem got fixed a couple of days ago. See:

I thought it was Yaesu FT-991 specific but maybe it wasn't. Give it a shot and see...
