Hello all,
Anybody here have experienced problems uploading ADIF files generated by WSJT-X. The ADIF has following data:
ADIF Export
<adif_ver:5>3.1.1
<created_timestamp:15>20220218 232400
<programid:6>WSJT-X
<programversion:5>2.3.0
<eoh>
I believe this is an ADIF Standard 3? Can any confirm this?
My PC is has NET version 4.8.04084
I believe the problems importing ADIF files generated by WSJT-X latest version started after Log4OMV2 Portable ver. 2.18.0.0.

Why are you importin instead of the UDP method outlined in our user guide?

Hello G4POP,
You ask me why I'm not uploading directly from WSJT-X to the Log4OMV2. Here is an explanation for this.
I'm remote control my HF station over a wireless LAN (no internet connection). All units/PCs and other equipment connected to the closed LAN are connected using fixed IP addresses (192.168.XXX.YYY submask 255.255.255.000). The remote site is about 3 km from my apartment. I have been remote controlling my HF COM (TS-480) since 2006/2007.
When I'm QRV on digi-mode I remote control a PC at the remote site using AnyDesk and i use the call XP3A for all digimode QSOs. This remote PC is controlling the TS-480 (using Kenwood ARCP.480 application). WSJT-X is running on this remote PC when I'm QRV on digimode.
When I'm QRV on CW/SSB the TS-480 is controlled with at pair of RemoteRig units from Sweden using the call OX3XR.
Logging
I have for several years been uploading the WSJT-X generated ADIF log file regularly to my main Log4OMV2 without problems. Since January 2022 there have been problems uploading these WSJT-X ADIF files.
When I'm QRV on CW/SSB i use an older version Log4OM on a separate PC in my apartment to log these QSOs. The QSO's from this log is uploaded regularly to my main Log4OMV2 (see later) using ADIF Standard 3. This ADIF upload process was also suddenly not working properly January 2022. However, after generating ADIF standard 3 this upload process is again working.
My main logs are two Log4OMV2 (ver. 2.20.00) on a separate PC. For my CW/SSB QSOs I use MySQL which was necessary after I some years reached about 175.000 CW/SSB QSO's.
On digimode I use a Log4OMV2 Portable version (ver. 2.20.0.0) with SQlite since the digimode number of QSOs are so low that using this type database does not create response problems.
I use a separate PC for my separate two main Log4OMV2 logs for call XP3A and call OX3XR. I do this since I receive a lot of e-mail concerning QSL, sked requests etc. on this PC and it is therefore convenient for me to have both main logs on this PC for efficient and quick response to requests received.
The above mentioned logging system may be simplified but it has worked without problem until January this year. Suggestions are appreciated to simplify the system.
I have NET version 4.8.04084 installed on the main log PC.
What is the reason for not being able to import ADIF files generated from WSJT-X (ver. 2.3.0) after January 2022?

Peter,
You will surely agree that things change over time and especially in the software world!
You admit to using WSJT Version 2.3.0 which is now over a year old, you should first
upgrade to WSJT 2.5.4 which has gone through many revisions -

Once having do this then check if your issue is resolved
