Log4OM

My l4om program page is stuck to the top and left side of my screen with about a half inch missing from the top and left side. I cannot move the page down the screen. I can only extend the page downwards and to the right. Reinstalling the program only replaces the app screen in the same place.
Suggestions please!

All fixed. Just needed 1 hour to resolve itself.
