Log upgrade install issue

Hi,I have had an issue installing Log4om in the past but excluded the file that was causing the issue and it worked.Now It will not let me update to the new version even though I tried excluding 2 files and still won't do it.I turn off My antivirus during the install and it helps as I was told to do this in the past.So I don't know what to do.

Clearly Norton is still running, turn it off
The file is just a text file of DXCC prefixes and not an issue
Also try installing to run as an administrator

Hello Terry.I tried running as an administrator.What I do is disable it.I'm not sure how to turn it off other than that.I will check the Norton manual.

I checked and I am disabling it so I don't know what else to do.I put the files in the exclusion list but it still doesn't work.I could try calling Norton.

I see on another thread that you managed to stop Norton screwing things up
