Log4OM

I started noticing today that when I click on many but not all Russian callsigns, I'm getting additional info in the box below the qso time. Seeing things like ITU CTY EXC, External Source ITU EXC, Clublog CTY EXC, Clublog Country EXC depending on the callsign.

I figured this might have something to do with current events, but I'm also seeing these exception notes appear on *SOME* USA callsigns. Never saw this before so thought it was worth mentioning.

I'm on v 2.21.1.0

Update the external sources - Settings menu

I have the same issue of seeing [CTY ITU EXC] when I enter my own callsign. I updated the resources (Settings/Update resources), each resource one at a time, then restarted LOG4OM (v2.22.0.0). Still the same.
What does this notice [CTY ITU EXC] mean?
