Log4OM

It worked after 2.21.0 and then stopped working again.
Tonight no record from contest added, nor "Send complete log" worked.
Setup:
QARTest 12.2.1 Broadcast enabled, 127.0.0.1 port 12060
LOG4OM v. 2.21.1.0 in Connections (see attachment) same IP Address, same port

Any clue?
