Good Day:
If I type in 3y0j for Bouvet Island the software doesn't indicate the correct location for the island. (see attached)
I believe the grid square is JD15.

It does not appear that you have selected an Info Provider. I use a 'paid for' subscription with QRZ.com ... You could also use HamQTH and there is no charge there.

I keyed in 3y0j and it provided the data and approximate route lines.

Check: Settings/Configuration/SoftwareConfiguration/InfoProviders
