Rien,
Why not export your log to ADIF again, but do not select 'export standard ADIF'.
That way all the specific Log4OM data that is collected is included with the export.
At least give it a try.

I answered this on Facebook export a full ADIF not standard one
Standard one only contains basic fields not Log4OM program specific fields
