Log4OM

I started up the program ,and it was like a new setup.I have followed the recover backup from the user manual ,after nothing found in the backup folder,although I have backup set. Followed Terry's video to use a historic backup .Managed to reset my station setup and all my external services ,but can't reset my contacts .I had mydatabase set to use dropbox,but the latest file is no longer in dropbox . When I try and set a new database in Log4OM2 .I go to the same location ie Historic folder,but it shows ok when viewing on my pc but when using new database ,this folder is empty ?

I generated the request in Log4om but not sure if it is automatically sent ? I have Team viewer if needed

I can't send it as an email,as the computer is integrated with my ANAN 7000DLE mk11, and I don't have mail set up on that computer.
I just dropped the file into drop box ,and can send it from my laptop if you let me know the email address
