WHAT IS THE MEANING OF 'THROTTLING ENABLED, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE
CLUSTER PAGE PLEASE

It limits the amount of data received from the cluster server when there is a high number of spots being received, the next beta release allows you to turn it off
