I know there have been a few posts on here re: VARA
on the ADIF group there have been what you might say "heated discussions"

From posts yesterday(below) it looks like they will introduce a "New Mode" = DYNAMIC
and
Certain items will placed under it as a Sub-Mode, starting with "VARA"

Which way should the VARA modes be added to the ADIF Specification?

There was also this comment:

Thank you for the information but we are ADIF Dev members and the vote has been cast

Meanwhile you can modify the modes file for your own use and when the next ADIF release is done we will update the default file

O.K, Thanks..
I guess QRZ will now have to modify its decision to use MODE:VARA
