Log4OM

Hi -
I'm not getting any 30m spots and 30m is not one of the options in the filter. Is there a setting or script that determines what bands are available for cluster spots?

Maybe you have not set things up as outlined in the Quick Start Guide?

Check your choices at: Settings / Configuration / User Preferences

Also ... with respect to the cluster you have chosen are you also filtering that feed from the cluster into Log4OM before it gets to Log4OM?

And ... standard questions: What version of Log4OM are you using? What cluster are you using?
