POTA Award not for all callsign

Hi all,
Once the POTA EA6XQ station has been worked on, it allows me to add the corresponding POTA number, however, once the EA6KB station has been worked on, it does not allow me to add it because the POTA option does not appear in the Awards list.
Is it some kind of mistake?
