Log4OM

I've migrated my LOG4OM from my previous computer to a new one. I brought over the SQL file and imported the adi file. Everything seems to be fine on the new one, except the QRZ lookup isn't loading when I enter a QSO. I don't see the person's name, nor any specifics about them. I checked that I entered the proper key, which I did with the same parameters. I still get QSO info from QRZ on the old one, though not the new one. Please see screenshot.

Also, is the program written such that if QRZ doesn't work, does it go to ClubLog, eQSl for info? It looks like it doesn't.

Any ideas?

Does not seem that you have a QRZ account when I look up KA3GOT its call sign not found, you must have a QRZ paid for XML account or a Free HamQTH account for this to work.

Did you follow the instructions about Info Providers on pages 189 and 190 of our user guide?
