Cluster Not reading statistics

I am running Log4OM Version 2, version 2.23.0.0. I experienced a Windows stop code for memory management (BSD). After reboot and restarting Log4OM, all of my QSOs and award statistics are there, but the cluster does not read them and shows that I need all countries on all bands, etc. I reloaded Log4OM and verified that my awards etc are intact in the database. What am I missing?
