On the cluster views, I continue to show Slovak Republic as needed on 17M Digital when I have had it confirmed "C" forever on 17M Digital and other modes. The worked band screen shows "C", but the cluster views does not recognize it as confirmed.

I am set up to show needed band & mode countries as a blue highlight in the cluster views. it is distracting to have multiple incidences as needed. I have not been successful finding a way to correct it.

I may have answered my own question.

On a hunch, I worked a few more Slovak Republic stations that were LoTW users, uploaded the QSOs to LoTW and now they no longer pester me on the clusters.
