Log4OM V2 cannot access SQL database, Windows 10 or Log4OM V2 problem?

When I open Log4OM V2 I get the message: Database seems not valid, see screenshot No. 1 attached.
I had the same problem earlier this year. But, suddenly Log4OM V2 could access the database.
At the same time (when Log4OM V2 suddenly worked normally again) I observed that from time to time (not very frequently) the message shown in screenshot No. 2 appear for some seconds on the screen.
Now the problem is back, Log4OM V2 cannot access the database, see screenshot No. 1 attached.
And, I no longer see the the activity shown in screenshot No. 2.
Is there a connection between the activity shown in screenshot No. 2 and the problem shown in screenshot No. 1
Is my problem a Windows 10 problem or a Log4OM V2 problem?
