Restoring from Backup

Post by VE7ATJ »

Again, another newbie question...
I'm wondering how to restore the program db from one of the 'backed up' versions? I have automatic backup set up for my PC, and the two files created in the folder are the .json for the config and the .sqllite for the db.

How do I tell the program to restore from one of the backup db files? Is there a way to do this?

The manual only talks about restoring from an .adif file.

Thanks

If the backup files are .sqlite then just copy the backup file to wherever you want to run the logbook database from. You might want to change the name that's your choice

I will attend to the manual today

OK, that's great! Many thanks for the quick response.
Much appreciated.

What I'm trying to do is 'try some stuff' with ADIF import and wanted a way to 'go back to the start' if it failed.

Thanks again
