un saluto
ultimamente inserendo manualmente un nominativo nel campo call non si avvia la ricerca automatica
sui server (qrz o qth,ect,,) cosa che avviene selezionando un nominativo dalla lista cluster :qualcuno può aiutarmi ?

What do you have set up for Info Providers?

Enable the 'Trace' log level at: Help / Log Level then select 'Trace'

Then manually key in a callsign or two or three. Can also tab out of the callsign field once you enter the callsign.

Then open the log that has been generated at: Help / Open Log File .... take a look toward the bottom of that log and see if anything might give you a clue as to the lookup not starting.

BTW - do you have an active internet connection when doing this lookup?

Load 2.24.0.0 and there are changes to the 'Look up call when leaving call sign field' operation which are identified in the latest user manual

Choice of performing lookup when using the 'Tab' button to leave the field or when placing the cursor in another field

Using the TAB key the search starts (it seems to me in the past it started without TAB)
I install 2.24 (I didn't notice the update)
the log is very interesting.
